We diagnose your problem like a doctor would. First, we listen to your problem. Second, we analyze the problem from all angles. Third, we diagnose the problem. Diagnosing is tricky sometimes because what you think the source of the problem is ends up being something different. This is where experience comes into play. Fourth, we’ll prescribe solutions to your problem and give you details regarding cost and timeline. Fifth, we’ll solve your problem with the prescribed method(s).

Jake Albrecht is Principal at Flitch. His role as our brand strategist is to help clients progress from where they currently are to where they want to be. He guides them through our proprietary branding framework called Only Brand™. Jake is good at taking complex problems and simplifying them in order to solve them. What matters most to Jake is making sure our clients have successful outcomes. Of all the successful outcomes he’s helped guide, there are two in particular that stand out. He was instrumental in guiding Utah Steel through a complicated brand refresh that resulted in tens of millions of dollars in increased revenue, exceeding their initial goals. He played a big role in helping Buttermints launch their scrumptious candies into retail stores nationwide and online with buttermints.com and Amazon.com.
Jake enjoys reading thrillers and science fiction novels, watching survival shows on TV (Alone is the best!) and movies in the theater. You can find him outdoors with his wife and 4 kids camping, shooting guns, exploring, and carrying his camera around to film and take photos. He says being a Dad and raising good kids is my greatest accomplishment in life.
Katie Camacho is the Sr. Graphic Designer at Flitch. Her role is more than just designing; it’s about creating the visual representations for a brand that create meaningful connections between the brands and their customers. She enjoys turning ideas into stunning visuals that resonate and leave a lasting impression. Her long-term goal is to be an integral part of Flitch’s journey as we grow and achieve the milestones we’ve set our sights on.
Having been with Flitch for almost 10 years, Katie is a multi-disciplined graphic designer who has designed many multi-million dollar brand identities in her career.
When she is not immersed in the world of design, Katie can be found with her nose in a good book or listening to an engaging audiobook, playing ultimate Frisbee on Saturdays, or spending quality time with her husband.
For over 15 years, I have been a dedicated web developer, passionate about creating radically different websites and pioneering revolutionary features. I thrive on the challenge of building custom, dynamic websites tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Whether it’s designs, advanced features, or integrating various Content Management Systems and platforms, I’ve got it covered. My expertise spans WordPress, Shopify, React with a headless CMS, and more.
My technical proficiency includes extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, React, Node.js, and numerous other languages and protocols. Beyond development, I have a solid track record in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting web servers. I am also dedicated to enhancing site performance and growth through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and UI/UX techniques, helping clients’ websites attract more business and achieve greater success.
I grew up here in sunny St. George Utah. I attended Dixie State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in CIT with an emphasis in website and graphic design. I’ve been designing and coding websites since 2006 and started working at Flitch in 2022. When I’m not coding I enjoy being in the water-whether that is swimming, boating, or scuba diving I will have a smile on my face enjoying the sun and the relaxation the water brings. Additionally, I love watching good movies or series and spending time with his two amazing kids.
I’m Myles Maughan, producing high-quality videos at Flitch. Passionate about visual storytelling, I aim to work on feature films as a cinematographer. I believe in showing, not telling, a good story. Among my career highlights at Flitch, I’ve produced, shot, and edited a short film for a candy company that was accepted by local and international film festivals and shot a TV ad for a local business. Outside of work, I stay active with golfing and exercising, love watching movies, enjoy music and singing, and am learning to play the banjo.

Abdul Ojeda is a Junior Web Developer at Flitch, dedicated to bringing clients’ website visions to life through his expertise in web design and development. At Flitch, Abdul plays a crucial role in maintaining websites by ensuring they are up-to-date, troubleshooting errors, creating backups, enhancing security, and having a smooth operational environment. His ability to implement new ideas and make necessary adjustments makes him a valuable asset to clients needing website assistance.
Abdul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology with an emphasis on Web Design and Development from Utah Tech University. He is passionate about learning new technologies and skills to excel in web development and design.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Abdul enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking on weekend mornings, and playing sports. He also enjoys movies, video games, and spending time with friends.
Savannah Lines is a Jr. Designer at Flitch Creative, where she’s passionate about building and growing brands with purpose. Her role involves collaborating with the team at Flitch to create visually compelling and effective digital media content. She completed Dixie Technical College’s Digital Media Design program in 2024, honing her skills in various design software and techniques. She currently attends Utah Tech University, seeking a bachelor’s in Graphic Design.
Savannah is keen on growing her skills beyond design. She has dived into photography to add her own visual touch to projects and learned about ad management to better understand digital marketing. These new skills will help her create even more effective and well-rounded brand strategies for her clients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Savannah is a passionate learner and a dedicated member of the design community. She enjoys traveling, learning new skills, spinning records, and experimenting with photography. Her creative journey is fueled by a love for learning and improvement and her favorite source of caffeine, Dr. Pepper.
