Flitch Creative is a full-service branding and marketing agency offering a wide range of services across four core categories: Strategy (brand strategy, market research, brand positioning, messaging, campaign development), Creative (identity, graphic design, web design, video production, print, packaging, copywriting, photography), Technology (web development, ecommerce solutions, mobile development, plugin development, web maintenance, web hosting), and Marketing (social media marketing, PPC).
Flitch Creative is based in St. George, Utah at 321 N Mall Drive, Bldg. A, Suite 201. They welcome in-person meetings at their design studio in the Red Cliffs Professional Park, and also conduct consultations over Zoom, making them accessible to businesses outside of Southern Utah.

Flitch uses a four-step process they call Listen → Analyze → Diagnose → Prescribe. We begin with a discovery meeting (in person or over Zoom) to understand your brand and business challenges. From there, we conduct research, diagnose the real problem, and present tailored solutions along with cost and timeline estimates, before any work begins.
Flitch has an MLE (minimum level engagement) of $30,000 over a given 12-month period. Every project is unique, so the investment cost is tailored to your specific needs and goals. To get an accurate investment cost assessment, simply schedule a consultation with one of Flitch’s client strategists. They’ll walk you through the process and provide you with a proposal.
There are no minimums or maximums when it comes to the timeline required to complete each brand engagement. Most of our engagements are set up as retainers with specific outcomes in mind. These are often years-long engagements that scale as the business grows and scales and their branding needs change. Some engagements are project-based, such as an e-commerce website project. Depending on the scope, something like this will average from 8 weeks to 16 weeks. This usually includes content creation and messaging work for the website.
We work with startups that have funds to invest. The work we do is high-level and designed to scale exponentially in an expedited timeframe. This requires a healthy branding and marketing budget. For example, full branding services for a startup could expect to invest $80,000+ in the first year alone. That said, as long as they can meet the MLE of $30,000 for the first 12 months, we can provide an excellent brand foundation to build on. It will just take longer to accomplish everything with a limited budget.
Most of our client engagements are ongoing. We structure the retainer to balance our clients’ budget with their needs and then offer support each month to help them accomplish their goals. Usually, this is in the form of ongoing brand consulting, creative work, and social media management.
